"i love being on a team that uses real estate as a vehicle to change people's lives; we're not only providing places to live, we're providing Places to call home."
Kim is a Project Coordinator for Watermark Equity Group.
Before joining Watermark in 2017, Kim spent several years as a Large Business Account Manager in the telecommunications industry, overseeing new construction and relocation projects for her company’s largest customers. Understanding the importance of protecting investors’ capital and adopting such mantras as “every dollar we save in the field is a dollar earned,” Kim has found continual success overseeing construction projects in her 10+ years experience.
Kim attended the University of Kentucky, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Journalism. Outside of work, Kim volunteers with the Special Olympics, Keller Food Pantry, and has managed the nationally-ranked U-18 US Woman's Soccer team. As a Colorado native, she enjoys skiing and hiking in her free time, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kim currently lives in Keller, Texas.
