Eric founded Watermark in 2013. He has over a decade of experience in real estate investment, finance, development, construction, and asset management. As Managing Partner, Eric co-chairs the Investment Committee and oversees the operations of the company. Focusing on oversight of the analysis, acquisition, development, and asset-management teams at Watermark.
Prior to forming Watermark, Eric served as Managing Director for Righteous Oaks, Inc., a privately financed real estate fund as well as co-founder of Chicago Hope Homes, a non-profit investment vehicle to serve the underprivileged youth in Chicago’s West Side. He has overseen the acquisition, development, asset management, and resale of over 100 different real estate investment ventures.
Prior to running with his passion in real estate investment, Eric built extensive experience in the construction industry spending time with San Diego based RQ Construction and Minnesota based Gridor Construction, completing over $200mil in projects all across the US.
Eric received his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College in Business/Econ. He is married, has two children, and has an interest in family time and outdoor activities.
