Ralph Sesso

Ralph founded Redwood Partners in 1998 after personally participating in over 150 mutual to stock conversions. He has been an active investor in financial institutions for over 20 years. Redwood Partners L.P. was the top fund in the financial services sector of all funds on Cogenthedge (a hedge fund database) in 2010 and was the 2nd best performer in 2011. Mr. Sesso has extensive business experience having founded a variety of real estate ventures and businesses beginning in 1976.

Mr. Sesso holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Illinois University, a CFP, and advises several family offices on both financial institutions and complex financial matters.



Mike Pagh

Mike Pagh is the founder and President of Great Lakes Management and its subsidiary, Gentle Touch Health Initiatives.  Great Lakes Management is a 25 year old commercial real estate company that offers professional property development, marketing, facilities management, asset management, and consulting services.  Great Lakes specializes in investment grade multifamily properties, independent senior, assisted living, memory care and student housing.   Currently Great Lakes manages a portfolio valued in excess of $700 million and employs 725 team members.  Mr. Pagh is a licensed broker and is a past Chairmen of the Board of the MN Multi-Housing Association.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mr. Pagh has been married for over 30 years with two adult children.  He is an avid hunter, golfer, and sports fan.

Dr. Timothy Faulkner

With over twenty-five years of experience in real estate development and investment, Dr. Faulkner places his emphasis on strong operations and conservative elevations.  In addition to running a successful private practice, Dr. Faulkner has spent much of his career building an effective scattered site residential rental portfolio.  Dr. Faulkner joined the Watermark team for the Mill’s Creek project to apply his vast experience in developing and leasing single family properties.

Dr. Faulkner is married with four children is active in the community and enjoys coaching St. Raphael Football as well as spending time golfing and fishing.

Jonathan Swindle

Jonathan Swindle is entering his sixteenth year in the medical real estate industry.  His initial assignment with Scribcor Real Estate Services on the Advocate Health Care account gave him his first exposure to medical real estate.   Jonathan joined Glenlake Capital in 2000 as a vice president with the task of leasing up medical properties that were able to add value.  Believing that strong leasing success came from strong property management efforts, he began to focus on the quality of the properties first and the leasing seemed to follow.  Waveland, started by Jonathan in 2005, had this philosophy at its core.  A well-managed property stays full.  Jonathan has assembled a team of bright, energetic, ethical professionals who have the common goal of gaining client and tenant loyalty.

Jonathan is a graduate of Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL where he double majored in Economics and Philosophy. He also attended Pepperdine Law School but chose the real estate profession over law. He is the licensed managing broker for Waveland, a CCIM candidate, and a board member of BOMA Medical.

Fred Ellis

Fred Ellis has 28 years of executive leadership experience working for Alcon Novartis the global leader in eye care.  He has a legacy of success in building and motivating high performance teams.  During his career, Mr. Ellis has directly lead teams as large as 600+ members to record setting results.  His wide breadth of experiences have provided him a comprehensive understanding of operating a successful organization and achieving unprecedented successes. 

Mr. Ellis is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and proud father of three children.  He enjoys competing in triathlons and leading a men’s leadership group at Church



Steve Cameron is VP of Global Professional Services at Blackboard Transact, an operating division of Blackboard, Inc. Mr. Cameron's career includes over 25 years of experience working with enterprise clients for large application software companies, such as: SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft and Platinum Technologies.  During Mr. Cameron's successful career he has managed a number of consulting practices and consistently delivered results, revenue and margin. He has built relationships with employees, partners and clients based on integrity and honesty.

Mr. Cameron holds a Bachelors of Administration Degree in Education and Religion from Greenville College, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Master’s in Public Administration from Illinois State University.  Steve enjoys spending time with family and you can find him most Saturday mornings out on the golf course in Scottsdale trying to get his 4th hole-in-one.
